Support weapons development: Translate technical documentation, instructions, or communications related to the development, procurement, or use of weapons – including conventional weapons, biological, chemical, radiological, or nuclear materials (CBRNE).
Conduct illicit activities: Use the service to facilitate illegal trade, illicit goods or services, fraud, money laundering, or any activity prohibited under applicable law.
Compromise systems or intellectual property: Use the service to translate content intended to breach, compromise, or damage another party's systems, data, or property – including malicious code, phishing content, or material that infringes on intellectual property rights.
Circumvent platform safeguards: Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with any security, access control, or usage monitoring mechanism of MachineTranslation.com.
Provide unlicensed professional advice: Use translations produced by the service as a substitute for licensed legal, medical, financial, or regulatory advice without appropriate involvement of a qualified professional.
Support national security threats: Use the service for intelligence gathering, surveillance, or national security purposes without prior written authorization from MachineTranslation.com.

MachineTranslation.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any user found to be in violation of these prohibited uses, without prior notice.

Use of Integrated Ai translator Engines
3.1
Translation Display
3.1.1
AITranslator.com showcases complete translations sourced from various integrated ai translator (MT) engines as a fundamental part of our service offering.
3.1.2
These translations are displayed for the purposes of comparison and analysis within our aggregator tool.
3.2
Compliance with MT Engine Terms
3.2.1
Each AI model integrated into our service (currently 22 in total, including but not limited to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, DeepL, Google, Microsoft, Meta's Llama, Amazon Nova, AI21's Jamba, Moonshot's Kimi, and Z.ai's GLM) has its own set of terms and conditions.
3.2.2
Users of AITranslator.com are only provided with limited rights to use these MT engines within our aggregator service and are not granted any additional rights or licenses.
3.2.3
Any utilization of translations derived from these MT engines outside the context of AITranslator.com's services is strictly prohibited.
3.3
Prohibited Uses
3.3.1
Users are expressly forbidden from repackaging, reselling, sublicensing, redistributing, or otherwise utilizing the services, translations, or access to the MT engines provided through AITranslator.com for any unauthorized commercial or non-commercial purposes.
3.3.2
This clause explicitly prohibits any direct or indirect use of the service that is not expressly permitted under this agreement.

All intellectual property rights in the MT engines and their resulting translations are the property of their respective owners.

Users acknowledge and understand that AITranslator.com is an AI translation tool that processes submitted content through multiple AI models and delivers a single, AI-verified translation output selected by consensus.
3.5.2
Access to the underlying AI models is limited to the specific translation functionality offered through our platform. Users are not granted direct or independent access to any integrated AI model.
