Payments for Pro plan and 24-Hour Unlimited Translations are non-refundable once access has been activated, as the service is delivered immediately upon purchase. If a technical issue prevented you from accessing the service, please contact us at contact@aitranslator.com within 24 hours of purchase.

2. Unused Portions

If you cancel within your billing cycle, your subscription will remain active until the last day of the cycle. No refunds will be provided for any unused credits of the subscription period.

3. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of the refund request. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

4. No Refund Exceptions

We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods or for any add-ons or extras purchased in conjunction with your subscription.
